David E. Miller is a seasoned hospitality professional with over 30 years of experience leading restaurants, food & beverage operations, and hospitality teams to success. He is known for blending strategic insight with hands-on leadership, helping businesses maximize profitability while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Before founding Shore Hospitality Consulting, David held senior leadership roles with national and regional restaurant groups, including:

  • Director of Operations – Hard Rock Cafe International

  • Vice President of Operations – Joe’s Crab Shack

  • Chief Operating Officer – City Winery

  • Chief Business Officer – Alicart Restaurant Group (Carmine’s Italian Family Restaurants & Virgil’s BBQ)

  • Chief Operating Officer – Pink Taco

In these roles, David specialized in operational efficiency, team development, concept creation, and guest service excellence. His proven ability to analyze operations, streamline processes, and elevate brand identity has consistently resulted in stronger margins, engaged teams, and loyal guests.

David currently serves on the Board of Directors of The Harry Chapin Foundation.
